What is a PostPak mail item?
A PostPak mail item is a cash on delivery mail item in international traffic, that is exchanged in between Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. This service implies exclusively cash on delivery mail items that may contain a written notice, documents, goods and other subjects.
The sender is given an adequate acceptance receipt of the mail item (one copy of the address label), and the mail item is delivered to the recipient upon signature and payment of the redemptory amount in favor of the sender.
On the PostPak mail item, there is space foreseen for this amount on the Address label, on which the sender is obliged to indicate the redemptory amount that will be paid to him by an international electronic money order after the mail item has been delivered and paid by the recipient.
The largest allowed amount of a single payment / withdrawal is 999,00 EUR.
Payment / withdrawal of the redemptory amount will be conducted solely by an E-money order in BAM currency.
The maximum dimensions of the PostPak mail item must not be larger than 3000 mm in a sum of length and volume (on the widest part diagonally), having in mind that the largest dimension cannot be larger than 1500 mm. The mail item may weigh up to 30 kilograms.
