Complaints
Customers of PostPak services may send an official complaint through Croatian Post Mostar's web page www.post.ba, by email to korisnicka.sluzba@post.ba or by calling the toll-free number 080 088 088, and for international calls at +387 36 445 045.
Also, customers may put in a written complaint in a time period of (6) months from the day od handing over the mail item to the service provider in cases where they feel that the parcel was not delivered to the sender or if it was delivered with delay, or if the service was not carried out properly or completely.
