Delivery time limits
The delivery time limit for PostPak mail items is up to 3 (three) working days from the day of releasing the mail item to the postal network after customs procedure has finished in the destination country.
Delays in deliveries of these mail items due to unexpected circumstances on which the Post cannot influence do not count as time limits (for example, after a force majeure, time spent at customs office and similar).
