A postcard is a mail item with an open written notice, and is made out of carton or firm paper in a rectangular shape. A postcard must not have bulged parts.
A postcard is submitted openly and without an envelope, and may be folded only in the address area which in this case must be sticked on.
All types of postcards are considered postcards if they fulfill the conditions appropriated to postcards.
