Printing Mailing Center services satisfy specific needs of our customers in a complete process of design to delivering documents and represents in fact one complex set of services.
Printing Mailing Center with it's delivery network of posts represents an infrastructure for implementing "customized" services that is offered to clients/customers.
Services that are offered by the Printing Mailing Center may be classified into two fundamental groups:
"Billing" services
Bill production (fixed telephone operators, mobile telephone operators, utility companies, Electric power companies, Cable TV companies, bank statements, Internet providers, Insurance houses' statements and other).
Direct mail services
Market segmentation and targeted groups is the key advantage of direct mail in relation to other competitive media that are at the disposal for companies and their marketing campaigns.
Segmentation represents a selection of recipients of direct mail according to defined criteria in advance. By recognizing direct mail as one of the most innovative ways of communication with potential buyers, Croatian Post Mostar has introduced new IT solutions (Printing and mailing Center) and has provided this way of direct communication to their more demanding customers.
Direct mail customer:
• provides text for a personalized memo/letter
• a data base of recipients' addresses for direct mail (textual format of data SDF, CSV)
• promotional material that follows the personalized memo (paper quality and preparation for machine packaging)
Printing and mailing Center:
• produces direct mail (according to specific customers' demands) and forwards mail items for distribution.
